Cancelation policy: Training: Sessions canceled within 24 hours of appointment time, as well as no shows, are subject to the full session charge. As a courtesy, first-time 24 hour cancellation or no show will be charged 50% of the session fee. Boarding: A 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve boarding dates.
